Delivery Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. International delivery is not available at this time.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We will then process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST), excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days from payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes
- Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- No deliveries are made on weekends.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are free for all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase. Shop with peace of mind, with no additional delivery charges.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Furr Fantasy is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees). A new order will need to be placed.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a change of address by contacting us at info@furrfantasy.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee any address changes.
