🐾 Furrfantasy Return & Exchange Policy

At Furrfantasy, we care about your satisfaction—and your pet’s comfort! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a transparent, customer-friendly return and exchange process.


✅ Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window, beginning from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • It must be free from pet hair, odors, or visible damage

  • A return request must be submitted and confirmed via email before sending the item back

Unapproved returns cannot be processed.


💌 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@furrfantasy.com

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3-5 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will offer a replacement or refund—at no extra cost.

We encourage customers to inspect all items upon delivery.


🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Sizing or color issues

  • Product upgrades (additional charges may apply)

To request an exchange, please email us at info@furrfantasy.com. Our team will guide you through the process.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective:

  • Used pet beds, collars, or calming collars

  • Opened personal care or wellness items

  • Customized or personalized products

Other exceptions may include:

  • Perishable items

  • Hazardous goods

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure about your item, feel free to email us before purchasing.


📬 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@furrfantasy.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


💝 Donation-Based Return Option (NEW)

As of June 1, 2025, we offer an alternative return solution through pet donation centers:

  1. Donate your eligible item to a local partner donation center

  2. Request a donation tax receipt

  3. Email us the receipt at info@furrfantasy.com

  4. We’ll issue your refund—no item return required

This is our way of giving back to animals in need while still honoring your purchase.

Our return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
