â Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window, beginning from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

It must be free from pet hair, odors, or visible damage

A return request must be submitted and confirmed via email before sending the item back
Unapproved returns cannot be processed.

To initiate a return or exchange:

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3-5Â days of delivery with supporting photos. We will offer a replacement or refundâat no extra cost.
We encourage customers to inspect all items upon delivery.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for:

Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective:

Once your return is received and inspected:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
