1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
3. How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
4. What are the shipping charges?
All orders within the United States ship free of charge, with no minimum purchase required.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
9. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
